In order to keep our product prices down we may ship from different warehouses, however we will try our best to ship from one. larger orders may be sent in several packages.

 Orders are usually dispatched on a next day service but can take longer for larger orders. please allow 1 to 2 business days before the item is shipped, however we will aim to ship all products within 1 to 2 Business days if we have the product(s) in stock. delivery times may vary for international orders, A estimated delivery time will be provided with the international delivery price quote.

 Most couriers are not equipped to handle large or heavy items as they either only use one man to deliver or have no moving equipment, and therefore the Products are at risk of being damaged. Larger orders may take longer to arrive so that the risk of damage is reduced.

Orders for parts of the UK outside of the UK mainland and in rural areas may take longer to deliver to account for location.

We are not liable for late deliveries, and cannot offer any compensation where time has been taken off work to take deliveries. we will however work to make sure that your order is sent to you as quickly as possible. 

If you wist to return a product, You have fourteen days to change your mind starting from the day after you receive your order. If you have multiple products sent to you in seepage packages, Those fourteen days commence when the last product arrives. You will then have an additional fourteen days to return the products to the return address.

If the product has arrived damaged or is faulty then they may be returned.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, We reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.

This is required to be completed no later than fourteen days after the day on which you informed thesnookerforumshop.co.uk that you would like to cancel your order. All returns sent to us are at your own risk thesnookerforumshop.co.uk recommends that you return your items using registered/tracked post.

You must pay for any return delivery costs unless the product(s) sent to you are defective or the wrong product has been sent to you. the returned products need to be sent in their original packaging as it Is part of the product.

thesnookerforumshop.co.uk will refund you in full for any items you return within the specified time period, but will deduct from any reimbursement an amount equal to any diminishment in value of the products and as a result of you handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

thesnookerforumshop.co.uk will refund you using the same payment method originally used by you to make the payment (unless  agreed otherwise). You will be refunded no later than 14 days after the day thesnookerforumshop.co.uk receives the items you are returning back from you.


Personalised products are non-returnable, unless they are defective. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, thesnookerforumshop.co.uk may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all items that are returned.
